Important Entry Information for All Participants

We're excited for our upcoming indoor event celebrating both food and car culture in September 2025. To ensure a smooth setup process, please review these entry instructions carefully.

Entry Guidlines 

Please follow these important instructions for a smooth setup experience:

​

  • Use Gate 1 for South and East Halls access

  • Use Gate 3 for North Hall access and/or for Outdoor Registration

  • All participants (vehicles, venders, staff) must use their designated gate

  • Organizers will be on-site starting at 9am

  • All participants should arrive by 11am for smooth transition to outdoor parking

  • DAY OF OUTDOOR REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE AND WILL BE CLOSED AT 3PM AS THE EVENT ITSELF STARTS AT 3PM!

Indoor Roll-In

If you registered for indoor showcasing, you should have received an email will full details for parking/setup instructions and indoor parking policy/regulations.

Outdoor Roll-In

Pre-Registered or Day of Registration

​

  • Enter through Gate 3, we ask for outdoor displayers to arrive at 1pm to allow staging time

  • Parking staff will differentiate pre-registered and day of registrations, pre-registered will be allowed in first

  • Vendors, please allow yourself enough time for setup and possible detailing of your vehicle if applicable
